About

Hello, I’m Michael Collins.

I’m a Steiner critic — a critic of Rudolf Steiner’s beliefs and of the Anthroposophy movement he founded to promote them. The movement’s outcomes include Steiner Waldorf schools, biodynamic farming, Triodos Bank, and anthroposophical medicine — a form of alternative medicine that draws on a range of scientifically unproven therapies, remedies, and ‘medicines’.

Racism, nonsensical medical claims and practices, antisemitism, and other deeply troubling ideas permeate his many books and lectures. I challenge these ideas directly and investigate both the beliefs behind them and the financial flows of the organisations that propagate them.

My aim is to inform the public about Anthroposophy so that they may make better informed decisions regarding their involvement with Steiner-based activities.

I welcome dialogue with anyone. You can reach me on Twitter @UKanthroposophy, on Facebook, on Bluesky, or by commenting on blog posts. To contact me privately, email via ukanthroposophy at gmail.com. I’m always open to hearing from you, and all communications are treated in the strictest confidence.
